Yes i know our ventrilo server is down, Its not just ours but alot of customers. they are working to fix the issue.
Its fixed now.

MaxFrag has changed the IP address of our Chicago 1 servers. Please replace the current IP with 216.6.224.117. Your custom hostnames have been updated with the new ip, but will take 24 hours to fully propagate. Your server ports and settings will remain the same. If you server settings and channel config is not the same as you left it, please submit a support ticket and we will correct this issue right away.
NEW IP: 216.6.224.117
