Need help

My friend can't get his crosshairs. we got him to activate console, but he said the ~ key doesnt bring the console box up. he uses a azerty keyboard if it matters, but he pushed every button on his keyboard, and nothing came up. does anybody know how to fix this?

Yeah man you go into you options and set your game to advanced mode or something like that. If I was at my house I'd run through and check real quick but I don't. I KNOW you have to turn the ~ option on though.

whats advanced mode? i never had to do that for me

try there, i saw one that might work haha it's just "crosshair 1" type that in console, but without the quotes, see if it shows up because he might be set at crosshair 0 or something... if that doesn't work you can scour that list

we can't do that, the problem isnt WHAT to type, its we can't get the console to open

did you try pressing F10?

put -console in the launch options. :)

he fixed it, idk how, but he fixed it. thx for everybody who tried to help
