HELP plz

can any of the nerds out there help me to get rid of choke i am getting between 20-30 i am playing on a 100 tic server with 100-140 fps and my cl_ update and cmdrate is 101 with a rate of 30000 no loss just fucken choke ya and i only know how to turn this pc on and off so dont ask any stupid questions or if i have to fix it explain it real simple i will really appreciate it

i get this problem a lot as well, doesn't matter what server i'm on :(

Choke is usually server side. The crappier the server. The more the choke. anything under 15 isnt bad, anything over 20 is bad.

Choke will usually appear on bigger maps.
