:: I'm honestly not too sure about this one. As stated above, I was just playing as per usual (score was maybe 30/10 roughly). Now, I realize that I do have an excellent shot when it comes to rifles and very good burst control, but I don't see how that even applies since I was banned while using dualies. Anyways, needless to say, I was just playing like I always do and I got banned. For future reference I would like to know what kind of hacks I'm being accused of so I can make a better statement about it.

Ok here goes the truth...

It is no secret Amanda and I don't like each other. I have been told by many clan members to that affect.

1. I was IM'd many times this week by several ppl in server to pls come and bann a hacker called MyClam--. I ignored most of the requests until it started coming from other clan members. Which btw I played with MyClam a few times and was not convinced he was or wasn't hacking.

2. Yesterday I was in server and witnessed a great deal of unbelievable shots, as well as being over run with ppl complaining about him being a wall hacker.

3. I then joined spectate to watch for a while and whenever i would join spec he would either join spec or leave server. Makin it diffacult to get a decent recording. All the while other clan members including, Monster, Lads, Master, Myself, and many regulars that play on ther server talked in great length. The only person that was not totally convinced was, 2High who said and I quote: "I don't know if he hacks, but he could be, im not sure".

4. After a long discussion "WE" decided to bann him and then talk to rickybobby who we could not get ahold of at the time.

5. Within the next minute, I recieved an IM, from Amanda who btw "NEVER" talks to me in chat let alone an IM. I copy and pasted the exact conversation as I gave to each of the clan members mentioned above.

" Amanda: why did you ban clam? he's at my house

Amanda: don't ban ppl unless you're sure they're hacking

That was the entire conversation and the most Amanda has ever said to me.

We felt that if he was using "her" computer there was no reason to discuss anything with her.

For the record I was NOT only one who banned him, so to take a personal attack at me for only doing what we think was the right action is uncalled for.

Well i do agree with Assasin I had talked with Assasin about myclam and we have talked for a long time about this guy weather hes hacking or now but i truly think he was. Because when me and 2high was on we were geting raped by him and 2high said he might have good sound but then later on he puts on his name no sound and was still owning and knowing where ppl were. But its really hard for me to believe he was not hacking. A lot of people that are the normal people on would sit then and yell at me telling me hes hacking and saying i'm not doing any thign about it. And i kno some one that is realy good and he does not even come out every time he play with a more then positive score and he use to play cal with a sponserd team. Evey time clam plays he allways has only like 5-10 deaths and that not a players score thats more of a hackers score.

the reason I was joining spectator was because you had a real hacker on the server, "conflict joker" (of which i told 2high), but i guess you guys were too busy trying to demo me

maybe it wasn't the real joker, i don't know, i don't care, its not my server, but i spec'd him and i saw jitter-aiming (ie auto-compensation) while he fired on full auto, i also saw view snap at one point, but its hard to tell what it snapped to since i can only go by sound and that map, hence i told 2high at the time

also i don't care what his kdr is. a cheater is a cheater, i flag people based on hard evidence that i see, not based on how good they are, simple as that

and if you're asking why i come to the server, you're right, a lot of gungame servers have less skillful players, but it's because i have fun playing with amanda, and you have some decent people on the server, [RS]Vash and 2high are decent, can't think of others off the top of my head

Here is the deal. Banning someone for hacking is a very touchy thing. myclam is considered a regular on our server so its even more. He should not have been baned. If yo think hes hacking then dont say anything just spectate them ad get a demo. Be descrete about it. If someone suspects a hacker of doing so they will turn them off. So get a demo and report it to me. We can ban him at anytime. I have yet to see the demo yet and i know youve tried to send it to me but ive been at work. Just send it to 2high or someone thats on during the night when i am.

I will sort this out. Its not a big deal as some are making it. Ive had several people spec clam and most have said the same thing which i wont repeat. Alot of people dont know what to look for with hackers. I will be looking at the demo and asking someone whos not in the clan so its not biased. If hes hacking or not it will be in the demo.

MyClam does not hack. Look at his score, it's the same as Vash's, and we don't go around claiming Vash hacks do we? There are people that can shoot like that, you just have to learn to deal with it, correct? I have been playing this game for almost 3 years, and I think I know by now when someone is hacking and when they arent. Go to a good CAL map server and watch the players there. Do they all hack, most likely not. I have also spec'd MyClam, and he doesn't hack. As for the no recoil thing, spec anyone and usually it doesnt show any recoil, including Vash. I'm not saying anyone is a hacker on the server, just saying that if your'e getting killed and getting frustrated, then that usually will cloud your judgement and just give you the excuse to ban someone because they are "hacking" to improve your own score. That's just not right.

i mean,
first off, the ump is surprisingly accurate on the first 2 shots for a smg, and
second off, its a smg, which are meant to be sprayed relatively accurately and
finally, are you sure i was spraying? because when you say "across the map" i hardly ever spray a smg at that range unless i'm taking fire and need to move and suppress or just feel lucky

I've played with him once before. I had a better score and was on the opposing team. I've played with everyone at least once on this server. If he's hacking then he's not very good at it and why would he bother logging onto the site to refute his ban? There are a million GG servers out there.
For those that so he has no recoil, you need to go read up some more on that. Bursting can prevent recoil if done properly, even more though is the fact that demos are not 100% accurate and CAL has recognized this before. Just because the character does not show a recoil does not mean he doesn't have one you must pay attention to where the bullets hit and the blood on the characters which even then is not always accurate.
I've never had a problem playing with you Amanda and if you say he's not a hacker and from what I've seen I'll say he seems okay. IIRC my local clan (][cehawk) has been on the server once or twice and has scrimmed us. Almost everyone accused bradley or zammy of hacking. THEY DO NOT. I've got video after video of us at LANs, MML, Lanwar etc proving that we don't tolerate it.
Calm down, let Rickybobby review the tape, make an assumption. Then go from there.

To be honest, the reason I started off with that was because it's truly how I felt. But how am I trouble? I didn't ban myclam, I am just very happy that things went the way they did and now it's all figured out and you were wrong. I could have told you (and did) that he wasn't hacking from the beginning, but you didn't believe me. So sorry that I say ha but I think it's appropriate considering the circumstances of the situation.

I don't want there to be any hard feelings between us, I don't dislike you as a person, but sometimes I don't agree with things you say and sometimes I think you're a bit harsh to people on our server. This is something that also needs to be sorted out. Assasin and Amanda you two need to stop being Rivals. Were a Team as a clan. You two need to work this shit out. If you need ill help. Im not gonn have 2 clan members not getting along and talking shit/down on each other.

Yes assasin does get pissed alot and is harsh but thats who he is. He will do things when i will cringe about it. He wasnt in the wrong for banning someone for suspecting them being a hacker. Thats why you all have admin. Whether we decide to demo now and ban later or demo now, ban now, and unban later is whatever but we do have a choice. I watched not only myclam but how assasin handled the situation on the server and was pleased and proud hes with THO.

If any of you question my viewing of the demo then speak up. I wont get mad. Ill let two other people look at it that will know for sure.

well, good reason for people to strive to be better :) ... but in the end i'll end up on smgs while everyone else has rifles anyways and it becomes a big challenge for me none-the-less

When I'm playing serious and not just dickin around I can hang with Vash, but i hardly ever play serious any more. Plus Vash doesn't really knife all that much. He keeps the guns out the whole round. I don't play towards a good k/d. I play for a good K/L ratio. Meaning if I have 22 kills I better be on level 20,21, or 22.

Well, I have for the most part, kept my mouth shut and did what was asked of me. I didn't personally attack anyone, followed procedure and just happened to be the one that did the actual banning after a long discussion with SEVERAL people that feel the same way. Ricky is our leader and I respect him and his decision, it doesnt mean we all agree on it, but it was his final decision. None of us have or claim to be experts at knowing who is cheating or not. We were following guidelines set forth and acted upon them. Although it did show a childish side of some clan members, it also showed teamwork. I believe that most of the people in the clan are great players, hence why they were recruited in the first place. But posts made then editted, doesnt change the fact that they were said. I will not say another word on the matter. For me it is closed, so I'm asking nicely to stop the negative IM's and know that I copy and paste to save EVERYTHING said.
